A N Bhattacharya

As a Professor of Marketing and Social Innovation at School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL), Gurgaon, India, Atindra is best described as a passionate teacher, intense trainer and a ‘friendly’ consultant. He is passionate about courses on Marketing, with special interest in subjects related to Sales Force Management, Network Management & Optimization, After-Market Pricing and Return on Investment, Consumer Psychology & Buyer Behavior etc. His near two decade-long experience in the consumer industry helps bring real-life examples and practicality to his discourses. Atindra is also actively engaged in capability building activities with corporate, providing end-to-end solutions through in-depth problem diagnosis, gap analysis, designing training interventions, delivery, and post-delivery impact analysis.He specializes in marketing & sales specific interventions, behavioral interventions around team building, motivation, and change management.

Being a ‘friendly’ consultant, he enjoys consulting young people in their start-ups, SMEs struggling with scaling-up their business and NGOs engaged in making this world a better place to live for all. Work revolves around providing them strategic inputs for business planning/modelling, go-to-market strategies, and addressing scaling up challenges.

An Agricultural Science graduate with specialization in Genetics, Atindra went for his Masters in Management Studies with specialization in Marketing from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India.On the way he picked up a Diploma in German Language. He is also a certified assessor of the American psychometric tool – Caliper and is a Certified Large Scale Interactive Process (LSIP) facilitator.

Other interests – Politics, Development and Societal Stress, Indian scriptures and their relevance in the modern world.

Pramod Joshi

An IT BHU(B.Tech), IIT Kanpur (M.Tech.) , IIM Bangalore (PGDM) alumni Pramod Joshi brings decades of experience with him. He has worked and played roles such as in France, Mexico, USA, and of course, India. He gave up the post of MD, Syncata India in 2005 to train and groom youngsters to bridge the unemployability gap and enhance the quality of higher education. A firm believer in “The larger the island of knowledge, the longer the shoreline of wonder”, Pramod wears many hats. An Army officers wife and a former Air Hostess with Indian Airlines, Pammi is well known in the aviation, hospitality and training industry and has developed an extensive network in industrial and commercial circles in North India. She has been an entrepreneur for several years, starting with the founding of the IAHTI Group in 1994. IAHTI was the first ever Institute of Aviation in India and was launched in Delhi by the name of Opportunity Plus. It was not only the pioneer Institute in India at that time, but was also the first to go global, with a branch in Kathmandu, Nepal opening in the year 2003. Starting with its first assignment with Tajikistan Airlines, for addressing its Recruitment and Training needs, IAHTI witnessed extensive growth under Pammi’s bold leadership, and soon became known across the country for its commitment to quality education in the aviation and hospitality services sector.

Venkatteshprasanna

Venkat, as he is popularly known, is a dynamic person with a tremendous passion for training, coaching, mentoring and helping organizations grow.He has been associated with companies like IOL Ltd (now BOC limited), Larsen and Toubro, Sandvik Asia Ltd, Castrol and CNC India which is related to the machine tool industry. His industrial experience spans 25 years of which he has put 14 years in training and business development with the direct marketing industry as an independent distributor and Corporate Business Development Manager and risen to the level of General Manager Training. He has worked with numerous companies and carries many qualifications to his credit.He can speak and train fluently in 5 languages and knows 8 Indian languages.
